The focal point of this piece is the white reflection of the lightbulb near the upper right corner. The intention was that the reflection represents me, with the empty space around it. The other half, the left side, is representative of the rest of the world around me. This side was created with a warped playing card (the colorful section), a drop of water and a few other various objects. Most importantly, the black string (a headphone cord) is what connects me to the rest of the world around me. I'll leave it up to interpretation what the black and white parts of the connection and the piece signify.
